Our crew members are required to attend local and national arborist conferences and training seminars, and are also reimbursed for successful completion of continuing education courses. Everyone receives American Red Cross CPR and First Aid training and certification as well as aerial rescue training. Our crew also annually completes TCIA's Electrical Hazards Awareness Program (EHAP) Certification, which allows us to legally work within 10 feet of any potential electrical conductor (this technically includes cable and phone lines.) 		WI-0317B	Kevin Hamm is President of Hamm's ArborCare, Inc. and an ISA Board Certified Master Arborist. He has a B.S. in Youth Ministries from Northwestern College in St. Paul, MN. His hobbies include activities with his family, working with High School Students through his local church, woodworking and tree climbing.
		WI-0651A	Jon Herzog is Crew Leader and a tree climber at Hamm's ArborCare, Inc. and is an ISA Certified Arborist with a B.S. in Urban Forestry and Forest Recreation from UW-Stevens Point in Stevens Point, WI. He is an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys backpacking, camping, hunting, fishing and tree climbing in his spare time.
